Yep, the data is open but I can only pull the records 50 at a time…. A request under the OIA solicited the following responce…

It has been determined that the information you are requesting is publicly available on the website. It is not available in excel format but you may utilize the use of wildcards on the public website to gather the information you’ve requested and put it in the format you require. (For example using “A%” to gather records that start with “A”.)
Please be advised there is somewhere upwards to 117032 records.
Notwithstanding there is quite a lot of data surely provision in Excel or SQL format would be relatively straight forward.
